Bucksense uses certain sub-processors (including members of the Bucksense Group and third parties, as listed below) to assist in providing Bucksense’s services. A sub-processor is a third party data processor engaged by Bucksense who agrees to receive personal data from Bucksense intended for processing activities to be carried out (i) on behalf of Bucksense customers; (ii) in accordance with customer instructions as communicated by Bucksense; and (iii) in accordance with the terms of a written contract between Bucksense and the sub-processor.
Bucksense maintains an up-to-date list of the names and locations of all sub-processors.
The following entities are members of the Bucksense Group. Accordingly, they function as sub-processors to provide the Services.
